[Update] Is Civil War Adding Another Hero?

With Captain America: Civil War filming in full-force and slowly all the main players arriving on the scene we already know that it could rival an Avengers film considering the size of the cast. At this point the cast consists of Chirs Evans, Robert Downey Jr., Scarlett Johnasson, Daniel Brühl, Chadwick Boseman, Paul Rudd, Elizabeth Olsen, Jeremy Renner, Sebastian Stan, Don Cheadle, Paul Bettany, Anthony Mackie, Emily VanCamp, Martin Freeman, Frank Grillo and even the return of William Hurt as Thunderbold Ross. This is still not counting the addition of the still uncast Spider-Man, who we may have finally confirmed in the coming week.[1] This is truly shaping up to be a monster of a movie, but the question remains how much will it grow?

According to ComicBookMovie.com we might have an additional hero joining the cast, as reportedly Charlie Cox, who plays Matt Murdock on Netflix’s Daredevil show, was seen for around six hours on set.[2] Supposedly he was seen wearing the same costume he had on at the end of season one on Daredevil, but without any stunts, so this might be nothing more than a minor cameo of the character in the film, as he was only there for a short period of time. Considering the size of the cast so far it wouldn’t be surprising that his character is approached for the registration act.

Makes one wonder if we might also see Jessica Jones, Luke Cage or even the uncast Danny Rand, or Iron Fist, cameo as well. If this turns out to be true it would finally link the shows and movies together, as up to this point they were only connected through easter eggs or verbally. Question remains though if an Agents of SHIELD character will be joining for a cameo as well to further bridge that show with the films.

UPDATE: It seems that the link for this news has been taken down, so this could mean anything at this point, but still take it with a grain of salt!

What do you think? Looking forward to it? Who do you want to cameo as well? Leave your thoughts below!
