Arrow Adds Calculator and Harper Returns

Arrow is expanding its cast once more with a character form the comics, as Tom Amandes, famous for appearing in No Ordinary Family and Scandal, has officially joined the fourth season as a chracter known as The Calculator.

In a sense, the character is an evil version of Oracle that appeared before the Flashpoint event in the DC comics and was a villain of Batman’s and the Birds of Prey. The official description states him as: "A criminal mastermind and technical genius, The Calculator — aka Noah Kuttler — uses his advanced skills in computer science and internet manipulation to blackmail Roy (Colton Haynes) out of retirement to do his bidding, which leads to an epic battle with Team Arrow."[1]

That isn’t all as in the same episode he appears, it also confirms that Roy Harper will return to Arrow after leaving the show last season. Directed by Kevin Fair, the 12th episode will start a two-episode arc.
