Five Night's At Freddys The RPG?

Five Night’s At Freddy’s may have come to an end with its fourth installment, but the popular characters are long gone from the gaming world. Scott Cawthon, the creator of Five Night’s At Freddy’s, has now officially stated what is his next project, which will continue the “Freddy” world into a rather interesting direction. Originally, this was going to be the planned DLC that was going to see release during Halloween, which was FNAF 4’s original release date, but it seems that he has gotten attached to the project and it will be a complete game.[1]

If you are wondering what exactly it will be, well if you have been paying attention to what has been going on on scottgames.com you will notice that some of the characters were slowly being replaced with toy or even “chibi” versions of the characters. So far, we have different type of mechanical body parts, classic and even disassembled characters being turned into these toy characters. Well, they will not be part of a FNAF 5, but actually a game titled FNAF World, which will be an RPG game for PC, Android and iOS.

It seems this is his future for Scott, as he seems very intent on making more RPG style games, but not wanting to lose the characters he has already established he started making FNAF World. He even seems to be integrating characters that were scrapped from the other installments, but it will be even more interesting if this will have an effect on the overall lore of the franchise.
