Mera Joining The Justice League?

It seems that while expectations are kept high for the upcoming DC Comic’s and Warner Bros. project Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, rumors are already starting regarding the upcoming Justice League film and rumors that we could potentially see a new addition to the roster. While it is just a rumora s of now, it seems Mera, the wife of Aquaman and the Queen of Atlantis, might make an appearance in the film.[1]

Rumors has it that pre-production will start in January for the film, and Mera will be a prominent character in the film, but it is questionable if she will actually suit up. Furthermore, it will be interesting to see if their relationship will be as chaotic as it was at times in the comics, as it could prove itself as a rather interesting twist on a romantic relationship in film.
