Gotham's Population Continues to Grow For the Next Season

As I mentioned in an earlier article, we found out that we will get a lot more of Harvey Dent (Nicholas D’Agosto) in the next season of Gotham, but it doesn’t end there. Lucius Fox (Chris Chalk) is also joining the cast as a series regular. Most notably, the character only had one very brief scene leading to young Bruce Wayne (David Mazouz) discovering more regarding his parents, but that it seems this will be explored much more in the second season.

According to TVLine interview with executive producer John Stephens, he stated that Lucius „becomes another person who’s going to help Bruce on his journey to find out what happened to his parents and what his parents were doing, and also his journey to manhood and Batman-hood.“[1]

Shortly after the season finale it was also revealed that Dr. Leslie Thompkins (Morena Baccarin) will also become an important part of the cast in the coming season and it will be interesting to see how all these characters will evolve in the coming season of Gotham.
