It seems that SDCC’15 has just started and already Warner Bros. has decided to start stirring attention towards their gigantic panel, which may give us a look at the entire cast of the upcoming Justice League Part 1 film. We already have information regarding the heavily rumored third Batman reboot, which would continue the story of Bruce Wayne after his encounter with the Man of Steel in the upcoming Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice.[1]

As many have speculated the critically acclaimed director of Argo, Ben Affleck himself will be taking the reigns on the directing of the film, but in a surprising twist of events, will not be the only writer on the project. He will be working together with DC Comcis’ chief creative officer Geoff Johns on penning the upcoming film before he starts work on his current project Live By Night. Yet there is no release date given when the film will be released, but rumors have it at around 2018 as of now.

While this is fantastic news when you consider that Geoff Johns helped out with the Flash TV series and according to this report they already have great chemistry to work on this project together, I feel as if it would have been a great opportunity to allow current Batman writer Scott Snyder to try his hands at it, as he has defined this generations incarnation of Batman, at least in my personal opinion.

What do you think about the matter? Glad about this news or hoping for something else? Leave your opinion down below!
