Marvel's Damage Control Coming To ABC?

It seems the Marvel Cinematic Universe is expanding in a rather surprising direction, as it is now offical that ABC is working on a Damage Control comedy series. This is actually not new, as former Cougar Town showrunner Kevin Biegel was developing a project for quite some time. “I also flirted for two seconds/talked about trying to do a Damage Control show with a famous cool director that I barely know. We talked about it like four times over e-mail, that’s it. Then SHIELD was announced and we were like, yeah...no one would want to do that.”

It seems that the project is now being developed by Ben Karlin, who has worked on The Daily Show and Modern Family and will naturally be executive produced by Marvel TV’s Jeph Loeb.[1]
