Power Rangers Casting In Full Force

Well, it seems that the Power Rangers film is slowly trying to find its teenagers and with Dean Isrealite directing with a script by Ashley Mille rand Zack Stenth it will be interesting to see how these actors fair out in playing the classic characters, who as of now are still officially given the same names that they had back in the original Mighty Morphin Power Rangers run. So here is a rundown of the various actors and what roles they are being considered for.[1]

First off, we have a variety of actors being considered for the Black Ranger Zack, as Daniel Zovatto (It Follows), Ross Butler (Chasing Life) and Brian ‘Sene’ Marc are being considered for the role.

Red Ranger Jason has K.J. Apa (Shortland Street), Mitchell Hope (Descendants) and Austin Butler (The Shannara Chronicles) up fro the role.

Kimberly, everyone’s favorite Pink Ranger, might be played by Naomi Scott (Terra Nova) or newcomer Stephanie Scott.Some reports also have AnnaSophia Robb (Bridge To Terabithia) in the mix.

Blue Ranger Billy and Yellow Ranger Trini as of now are still not known, and they are keeping their eyes open for a big name to play the antagonist, who is still kept under wraps.
