Marvel's Hells Kitchen Wins A District Attorney
Looks like Daredevil has also been updating its cast besides the new additions of Elektra and The Punisher, as Stephen Rider, famous for Lee Daniels’ The Butler, has been cast as Blake Tower in the upcoming second season of the show. According to his description, he will be a “District Attorney for New York City who helps Charlie Cox’s Daredevil – a lawyer in his civilian identity as Matt Murdock – with information to help track down and capture criminals”. It seems he will be taking over a role that originally was that of Ben Urich in the comics, but anyone who has watched the first season might remember what has happened to that character.[1]
This could also open up the
possibility to look at Murdocks career as a Defense attorney, as up to this
point we only witnessed a few trials as the season started focusing more and
more on the fight between Wilson Fisk and Matt Murdock. Maybe we could
potentially also see this character return in upcoming Netflix series.

your opinion on the casting? Leave a comment below!
