While I sadly must confess that I have not yet seen any episodes of the second season of Gotham, they still have been quite busy introducing a variety of classic Batman villains into the fold. One of them might turn out to be the actual killer of the Waynes, a mystery that has still been floating above everyone’s heads since the first episode of the entire series, but in a recent episode it seems someone mentioned a “M. Malone” as a potential killer.

Well, it seems that Malone was not just anyone, but in actuality Matches Malone, as he has now been cast. Michael Bown, who many might know as Uncle Jack on Breaking Bad or from Lost, will play the role of “One of Gotham’s deadliest killers, Matches Malone is a weathered, philosophical hitman who may be the triggerman behind one of the most important crimes in Gotham’s history.”[1]
